It was not a clean hotel and looked completely different from the pictures. Our first room was awful, and they had to change it. However, the staff and workers were very nice and kind, which was the only good part of our stay. Tge area of hotel was so bad and not good for stay. Busy- dirty.

Not clean. The toilet was covered in human dirt. There was a door in our room that connected our room to the next room (519&518). They were smoking all the time and irritated us because of the tobacco smell and contamination penetrating through that door. Staff didn’t confront them.

The room wasn’t clean, every day after coming back at night I found out they didn’t clean the room, after complaining they clean only one night the room. Also they refuse to give you clean towels. I even spoke with the manager Mustapha who didn’t do anything and only said “ Next time you here we will clean up the room” That was very sarcastic. The phone in the room also didn’t work It was a terrible unacceptable experience.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und sehr sauber gehalten. Uns war das Halbpension nicht bewusst, dass wir täglich auf einer bestimmten Speisekarte kleine Auswahl haben und das Essen wurde in unser Zimmer gebracht. Wir durften nicht im Restaurant unser Abendessen speisen. Die Auswahl war täglich dasselbe. Der Koch Mr Rauf und das Servicepersonal hat auf unser Wunsch sich sehr bemüht, etwas abwechselungsreiches anzubieten. Gelang nicht immer. Aber der Wille zählt. Ansonsten würden wir nicht mehr in diesem Hotel Halbpension buchen. Das Frühstückbüffet war auch nicht sehr vielfältig, leider. Sehr standard. Wenig Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter aber waren alle sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Good Place to Stay

I chose this as this was 4 star and it was near to Metro station. I had no complaints. I booked online and it was cheaper. I got a room on the upper floor so there was no such noise from the cafe downstairs.

It was very nice. Princess the receptionist was very nice and upgraded me, however now with their new policy of charging for early checking in, I will have search for another hotel that allows early check in.

I was great. The cleaning was superb, everyday changing the towels, cleaning the whole room and tacking extra attention to my needs. I would like to thank the nice Abigaël for her extraordinary care in my room and making sure to make it in the best shape everyday.

A very good hotel!

Excellent service!! All the people in this hotel were very nice and helpfull!! Room is very nice, breakfast and dinner were great and there is a gym and a pool at the rooftop. Al rigga metro station is 5 minutes walk or you can find a taxi in the street in 5 minutes.

Need renovation & pest control

I’ll start by saying that if I had a refundable reservation I would have left the 2nd night! The rooms are in desperate need for renovation, not sure if the furniture is old or they are trying to pull off a classic style, but for sure their showers, tubs, seats, flush & shower curtains need to be changed. Stayed 2 nights in the first room: Shower handle broken, can’t use the tub to relax as the water holder doesn’t work, remote control not working. I asked them to change the room after the first night they said they dnt have availability & that they will fix the problems. They changed the remote, it still ddnt work, the 3rd day I stopped having hot water. It is when I insisted to change the room and if they dnt have availability they can give me my money & I can go somewhere else. Room 2 I stayed 7 nights: Better than first room but still the bathroom needs renovation. To note that in both rooms I had cockroaches! & when I complained abt that they said they sprayed but can’t do anything more... several times I had to go back down to reactivate my key card. Not sure how they are operating a 4 stars hotel. Food not bad, though they dnt have diet cola only regular lol. Location is in older part of Dubai. Parking is available Supermarket around the corner Have a gym and pool but I Ddnt use. The staff tried to help & are friendly, but that’s not enough to run a hotel

The room was clean and modern on a non smoking floor. The lobby and hotel bar were smoke filled. Hotel staff was awful with service and fixing my reservation to accommodate me. They stated they didn't have the room type (king size and twin) i requested at their location and also wanted to charge me for more adults in the room, which i tried to inquire about before the trip but did not get an answer. Seeing that me and 3 other adults were headed back to the United States in about 5 hours we were not actually spending the night. We needed a room to refresh and somewhere safe for our luggage. After i did not accept getting more rooms they finally allowed me to leave the luggage in their car and gave me a room with ONE bed for just me.
