I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, the customer service was top notch from the moment you arrive, bell man, check in, security etc. Room was clean and nothing was lacking, everything went well, the only down side is the elevator takes up a lot of your time and my balcony was extremely dusty besides that I would go back. Extremely happy with my stay. Room was amazing, location is excellent. Food is yummy. The only thing I want to suggest is that.. When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

Crowded, need to change elevator to reach your room, AC it was as expected, noise due to instruction in next building and dust always in balcony. In same time, staff are friendly and do their best.
