Excellent staff and services, beautiful rooms and great vibe overall. We travelled with a three year old and infant baby and we were supported with a cot and our suite was quiet and spacious. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit Dubai again. We are l very thankful to all the staff.

We stayed 8 days. the hotel was very neat, I had the deluxe room. room was very spacious and bathroom had a shower and bath. cleaning was done daily and also in the afternoon/evening as a 2nd service a check was done if anything was needed. hotel had 24/7 security and reception. from the hotel you could easily reach other places. we had taken breakfast and this was also diverse and well organized.

We arrived at check in time to find out that our special request was not being made ( requested anniversary setup to surprise my wife) Had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for them to arrange the room . During our wait we got bitten by some sort of insects in the lobby which made my wife suffers for our two night stay . I got bitten also in my arm while in room. Food for Iftar was served cold and my beloved desert Um Ali was a big disappointment. Its not my first stay in this hotel , I don’t know what happened with them. Swimming pools timing should be extended During the month of Ramadan as i was not able to use the pool at all during my stay.

False advertising of the city tax, when booking you are informed you will be paying 7aed per night when you get to the property and then informed it is actually 20aed a night and you have already paid so it becomes too late. Staff were not helpful with this and quite rude. They do not fix their mistakes and overcharge you.

Not a very good stay

Only Tia at reception, saqib, mamti were good. Everything else was bad. Called to check in a bit early but the reservation agent was rude in her answers, at the reception the lady was busy and asked her friend to check me in which is no problem but the friend continued to chat first while i am infront of them waiting then checked me in. There was goo stuck on the carpet like boggers or something, glasses were dirty and had black things inside. Long hairs in the bed and curly ones in the towls. Called the reception 4 times to change my room as I booked one with sofa and there was no sofa in the room but no one answered.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. We hadden 2 kamers met 2 aparte bedden geboekt, helaas was er maar 1 beschikbaar bij aankomst. Dat werd de volgende dag verholpen. Kamers waren netjes, ruim en zagen er goed uit. Ontbijt met veel keuze, ook lunch (menu) en avondbuffet waren divers met veel keuze. Lekkere gerechten. Drinken is alleen water of sap. Rondom het hotel wordt veel verbouwd, ook zwembad op dak was dicht. Diverse zwembaden bij het hotel met handdoekenservice. Was goed geregeld.

Kamer was prima, badkamer was smerig en oud Veel schimmel Ook was de wasbak gevallen door de schoonmakers. We kwamen na het ontbijt terug op de kamer en was de wasbak kapot. Het duurde heel lang voor het gemaakt was. We kwamen terug op de kamer en het was nogsteeds en troep cement en steentje lagen door heel de kamer en deur was op slot. We moesten in de avond dus nog bellen of ze dit wilde opruimen. Geen compensatie gekregen voor deze dag We konden niet de badkamer gebruiken en moesten in de gym douchen. Bij de aankomst moesten we ook zelf onze koffers baar boven brengen ik heb dit echt nog niet meegemaakt in dubai dat je zelf he koffers moest brengen. Zelf moest bellen voor water. Zelf moest bellen voor schoonmaak. Zelf moest bellen als er iets kapot was Kortom verschrikkelijk
