I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room room, the room is extremely small, the bathroom is very old and smells with the strong cleaning chemicals. The staff are not very nice. However, the hotel is relatively near to the Metro station and the Mall.

this place needs a complete look at its management and operations. toilets atrocious, maintenance next to nil. no towels in both rooms i hired. had to call 3 times to get the flush done and twice for toilet paper!! go figure.

I stayed here back in January and am still trying to recover. We were book for a week and only stayed 2 nights. This place had 5 different businesses and club that run until the morning. We had our 1 year old with us and it was impossible to sleep. I reached out to Expedia to help us and even after arriving back to the UK and sending them an email still no response. People smoke inside the property and you can smell it in your room. The room and hotel is dirty ,the images on the website they are not same. This place needs to shut down for a full refurbishment. Small flies keep touching you. I’m happy to upload my images.

Bad experience. Rude staff, no courtesy to listen to guest's concerns and fix them. Small bathrooms, fridge not working, safe in room not fit for purpose as it is small and not fixed, and can be taken away easily. 3 star at best, not 4 star
