Staff at desk were excellent and went above and beyond to help us. Room is okay, a little on the small side, bed was comfortable, we only used the room to sleep. Bathroom is very small, shower was excellent. I wouldn’t hose to stay in that area again as it is fr out. Good if you wanted to be near the airport. Though they do arrange free shuttle’s to Dubai mall and Deira city centre mall and the beach. Overall it was an okay budget hotel.

A good hotel for a business trip.

The pool was only open when the weather was really hot so when it cooled down in the evening, the pool was closed. The gym was OK but not good enough for a longer stay. The service was amazing and the woman who was responsible for customer service was just amazing. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a good desk to work at. I dont think I would bring my family to this hotel, but it worked great for business purposes.
