Bom custo-beneficio.

O hotel é bom, mas fica bem longe dos pontos turísticos, entretanto, tem um balcão de atendimento ao turista que você pode contratar qualquer tipo de passeio. Os quartos são ótimos, porém, tivemos alguns problemas com vazamento no banheiro que não foram resolvidos durante a estadia.

God service fra flinkt personale. Området er spændende med mange små butikker og lokale spisesteder fra hele verden. Alt for meget larm fra hotellets natklub og bar samt fra gang og andre gæster, meget støj fra andre værelser generelt. Fly larmer også meget, men det er generelt for området som ligger tæt på lufthavnen.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed

Me and my wife had travelled to Dubai for a vacation trip and stayed in this hotel. It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. We checked in on 18th May. On 19th May at around 5:30 am when my wife was brushing teeth in the bathroom, the marble slab from the bottom of the sink fell on my wife's both foot which injured her badly and had to call an ambulance for emergency treatment. My wife was in great pain due to injury. She was not able to walk properly. Initial treatment was done and the bill of around 500 AED was paid by hotel. This incident spoiled the whole trip. We continued to stay in the hotel for next 3-4 days as we had the bookings and we had no option left. My wife was in pain for the entire stay we had in this hotel. I spoke to the manager for compensation and they denied. i came back to the country i live in and had few more emails with the manager of the hotel to consider paying the compensation for the losses we had. They denied every time. Hotel spoiled someones trip and not ready to pay the compensation. Worst experience and realized there is no humanity left. I pray that no one falls in this situation. Its very painful when you travel from different county to have nice time and end up in pain due to Hotel. I would not suggest to stay in this hotel. Its not only comfort reason but also safety concerns.

The club inside the hotel is so noisy it's not a good night sleep!. The food is not recommended!. Though the service and the employees are very nice.

Not worth more than USD40 per night.

Hotel staffs seem to be doing their best but the main management needs to pay more attention to some of the obvious matters and to some details. Not so bad as some previous reviews but could be better and a bit cheaper for the standard and service. Then again, not only this hotel, generally 3 or 4 other hotels I stayed during my 2 weeks in Dubai should bring down their charges too. They all charge like 4+ starts hotel but what you get is 2+ standard.

No room . worst experience ever

First 1.5 hour rounding to find car parking . i stopped the car on the middle of road and i went to reception to get room key . they told me to wait . i told them about the parking issue but they said they can't do anything . then tgey told me they don't have room for me . eventhough i paid online . worst hotel ever . if you want to lose money you go there. Now i didn't get room or money .
