We had a good stay here, the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection for most tastes and the evening buffet was also nice. We used the pool on the top floor in the evenings and it was always mostly empty. I even had a lovely chocolate birthday cake left in my room when I returned from work, which was a real surprise and a lovely touch. All in all, really enjoyed our stay here and would go back if we worked in Dubai again.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall service made for a great experience. The location is convenient, and the facilities were excellent. One thing to note is that the pool area may be shaded due to the hotel's design. During the summer, this can actually be a welcome feature for guests who prefer to avoid the intense midday sun while still enjoying the pool.

The hotel staff was truly amazing, professional, polite and always ready to help us. As 2 wheelchair users, the hotel was spacious and equipped for our needs. The catering was excellent and we enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant on many occasions. As it was my birthday whilst on our holiday I was greeted from morning to night by the staff with birthday greetings and birthday cake, and our room with a birthday banner and towels in the shape of the Dubai tower that I had my Birthday dinner at. I was blown away with the little extra touches for my birthday, and it was so lovely of them. If we ever went back to the same place twice, it would DEFINITELY be here. 10/10 and thank you so much to all the wonderful team at the hotel.
