"Having Starbucks on the property was nice and the staff was helpful. I disagree with the hotel practice to charge $65 for valet parking and parked at a public parking garage 2 blocks away for $15. I also disagree with getting pre charged $50 for incidental A DAY in a hotel that does not offer anything in the room to be purchased and just hands 2 water bottles at check in for the duration of the entire stay."

"The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better. "
