"Even if this hotel is close to the airport in aerial distance sense, it is not that close to the FRA airport when it comes to driving time. The hotel is located somewhat far from the airport and the roads near the hotel has 30km/h or 50km/h limits. One has to be overly careful to not get a ticket ehen driving near the hotel area. The hotel is somewhat old and a little rundown. I believe there better hotel options close to the airport for similar price. Hotel having free parking available at the back side of the building is a big plus for this hotel though."

"It’s not at terminal 3. It’s falsely advertised! BEWARE, you will have to take a bus from terminal 3 that runs every half an hour only. We arrived later at night and it was a ghost town, no sign about the hotel at all, we were wondering around dead tired when finally a worker came around and told us about the bus. We didn’t feel safe at all to go so we had to go back to terminal one and rent a room in one of the hotels there (that actually is connected to the airport). It coast us a lot of money and on top of it when I complained to Intercity Hotel, they said sorry but kept our money which is highly unacceptable since they falsely claimed that the hotel is at terminal 3. "

"La verdad los articulos de aseo no estaban, tuve que pedir el papel higienico. luego la verdad deberian de decir las normas de convivencia porque los demas huespedes no eran limpios para nada dejaban la cocina hecha un desastre todo el tiempo."

"Saying very close to the airport is take 20min from the hotel to the airport and cost 40€ by taxi or you use the public bus walk like 10min with your suitcase to the bus stop cost 5€. The hot pot water was broken. Everything was faraway to rich."

"Everything about this hotel is excellent - the staff, property amenities, food, spa, etc. I highly recommend it even if you have meetings in downtown Frankfurt. It's only a 10-15 car ride away."
