Unique property parking is an issue

Lovely unique property. No elevator and no parking which for us was a huge problem. Street parking has impossible to get and finding out how to pay for it was frustrating. But hotel was lovely staff lovely and it’s unique.

Charming B&B with historic charm

Host was friendly, breakfast was great. Rooms were charming and clean. (Just be aware there is no elevator.) They had a few terraces that were both lovely. Parking is very difficult. This B&B is located in the old part of town, with very narrow little streets. I'd advise checking the map very, very carefully before proceeding, and don't simply follow the GPS to the front door. The host gave us parking suggestions and we ended up on the next street over (which was much wider and easier to drive down.) Also, be aware there are only a few restaurants in town, closed on odd days, and you might want to plan to get dinner if you're in nearby Cala Gonone for the day.

Excellent value for money!

Historical building entirely renovated with plenty of historical piece of furniture creating a very nice and cosy atmosphere, other than being super clean and very well equipped. Right at the center of Dorgali (plenty of shops, restaurants and artisans walking distance) and few minutes to Cala Gonone by car. Personnel super friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back for another trip to Dorgali or Cala Gonone wonderful beaches

Interesting palace good size suite. Clean. Noise is big problem: motorcycle woke me hp three times in the night, compressor vibrator of one of the aircons, bell tower starting at 7am every quarter or half of hour. Every one of us (three in the suite) suffered. Staff seem kind

It's a very charming B&B and the staff are very friendly...but it 's impossible to sleep with the church bells a few meters away (beginning at 7am), scooters/motos racing though the night, adolescents making noise just outside the hotel until the wee hours. If you are looking for a place to relax for the holidays, this is definitely not it! They could perhaps consider putting in noise-reduction windows.

Dejligt sted med fantastisk stemning

Virkelig et dejligt sted med god service i hyggeligt område. Pas på de meget snævre gader og undersøg muligheden for at komme til hotellet hvis du er i bil - Lidt besværligt med parkering på visse tidspunkter.

Fint men högljutt och varmt

Fint B&B med bra service och god frukost. Men intilliggande klocktorn slår varje halvtimme från kl 07.00 till 23.30 ibland spelade det i mer än 1 minut. På kvällen var där även högljudda ungdomar som hängde utanför och körde mopeder fram och tillbaka. Boendet saknar även luftkonditioneringen, så det blir väldigt varmt på rummen och i hela byggnaden.

Le palazzo ste Catherina est le bijou de Dorgali. Belle demeure de 1920, où l on peut encore respirer atmosphère du début du XXem siècle. La décoration est soignée et le levé ou le couché de soleil sur le toit terasse en face du clocher est une moment de pure beauté . Les points positifs et agréables à souligner: l accueil, le sourire et la disponibilité de toute l équipe aux petits soins pour les visiteurs, la propreté des lieux, un très bon petit déjeuner avec gâteaux faits maison ! Deux grandes chambres communiquantes pour les familles. La cuisine très bien équipée est à disposition et permet de manger sur une terasse à l ombre. Nos chambres se situaient à proximité d une petite place accueillante qui attire des jeunes de la commune tard dans la soirée et la nuit, ce qui génère des nuisances sonores assez importantes. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit les nuits peuvent être difficiles. Les chambres sur l arrière sont préservées de ce soucis. Un grand Merci à toute l'équipe qui fait vivre cette belle demeure, pour son professionnalisme, sa sympathie et sa disponibilité.

An old building in the centre of Dorgali with loads of charm, late check-in is available upon request. Simple but good breakfast, working wi-fi and aircon (in the summer when it’s hot do book a room with air-con). A good base to explore Cala Gonone and surroundings.

Great B&B in the historic center, in close proximity to the Orosei gulf beaches, Ispinigoli caves and Nuoro. It was a delight to stay in this beautifully furnished palazzo with great period pieces. What's more the staff made it a delight: they were wonderfully accommodating and helpful in every way! Would return again.

This place is iconic - a house full of tradition!

A the village square a house full of tradition and a host family doing everything to make you feel at “home”. The rooms are comfy and the view great. Each room different and access to a taerasse in the back leaves you with no wish. Breakfast was so great and fantastic - we felt like the family living in the Palazzo being served the best food and cakes. We were recommended a small restaurant in the village, MERULA. Great food and the team gave us a wine tasting that we have problems to remember:) The quick access to the best coastal area Sardinia is also a plus.
