Amazing hotel! Just ended up there on a business trip, but this is my new favorite in the region! dozens of hotspring baths, mega outdoor swimming pools, great buffet Can really recommend the chocolate shop they can make amazing custom chocolate designs, very reasonably priced, make sure you order in time, some take a few days to complete. Massages are actually good and reasonably priced, I paid 390 yuan for a 100 minute oil massage. They also offer traditional chinese massage which was 289 yuan for 60 minutes. Make sure you get the wechat of the one singaporian guy that speaks english. Makes you life so much easier then trying to explain things using translation apps. Hardly anyone speaks more then a few words of english

The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure to accommodate for the language barrier. The rooms were clean and amenities were nice. The dinner took 45-60 minutes to arrive once we ordered, which was hard for our hungry kids. It would have been nice to have more pools/hot springs open, as well...given it was a holiday week. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll be back.
