"This hotel has a fantastic location with a great view over the valley. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a panoramic view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant overlooking the valley. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best we could find anywhere in Sapa. The very best Pho in town. One evening, when the restaurant was closed, the staff cooked up a storm for us with the most delicious food. Be highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sapa. "

"It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. "Overall good stay. The views are great given the hotel's location. Good sleep and it was very quiet. Good shower water pressure. The bathroom amenities are fine but subpar for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The pho soup needed to be hotter tough."
