Quiet comfortable hotel on the lake. Close to Geneva and other attractions, 25 min from airport. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice pool although not all jets in working condition. Good restaurant - excellent lunch and dinner

Disappointing stay with lack of comfort

The room was spacious and the hotel is placed in green surroundings and -on a clear day- with view to the Alpes. Easy acces and free parking. Breakfast below expectations. We discovered vey soon that was no hot water in our bathroom. When contacting the staff they said it was a problem for the entire hotel and it would be solved the next day but nothing happened during our 2-nights stay.The reception didn’t mentioned the problem it at our check-in. We did not use the shower neither the spa do to fear for Legionella in the pipes, so we were not happy for this stay. At checkout we were told we would get some kind of compensation for the lack of comfort but we haven’t heard anything from the hotel. So this stay was disappointing and the service not worthy for a 4-star hotel.

Looks lovely amd they have clearly really tried to update thw hotel, but tiles in the bathroom were already broken and the shower… awful. Also… no milk for the coffee in the room.

Tolles Hotel mit mega freundlichem Personal

Eigentlich habe ich nur 1 Nacht gebucht… Ich wurde schon sehr herzlich im Hotel empfangen. Mein Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es hat sogar eine Morphée Box. Am Abend habe ich dann noch vorzüglich im Restaurant gegessen und wurde auch hier sehr nett bedient. Mir hat es hier so gut gefallen, dass ich eine 2. Nacht gebucht habe. Von mir bekäme das Hotel 10+ Punkte. Ich komme definitiv wieder, denn hier stimmt alles! Danke liebes BoB Team 🙏

Obwohl im Hotel nur wenige Gäste waren, lag unser Zimmer direkt über einer Lüftungsanlage welche ziemlich laut war, dass wir mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen mussten. Sehr schade, denn das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Le personnel est aimable, bon petit déjeuner - mention spéciale pour le saumon et jambon fumé, bar sympathique et des efforts réalisés coté restauration. La chambre est comme une bulle dans quelque chose de plus grand, confortable et propice à la détente. Sdb au top. Il y a un effort à faire côté piscine : réparer les jeux d'eau. Cest un petit plus qui fait la différence même pour que l'on y retourne.

Un établissement incroyable

Accueilli avec un petit verre, très sympathique. Le personnel vraiment très bien, très gentil et souriant. Nous avons été surclassé, donc ravie, la chambre parfaite, un immense lit très confortable. La salle de bain très grande avec baignoire. Le spa, piscine très bien et très propre. Le restaurant juste parfait.tres bien mangé et excellent. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Merveilleux séjour. Je recommande.

Notre expérience générale est positive mais l’hôtel demande quelques améliorations : -Les jets et bancs massant dans la piscine ne fonctionnent plus à cause d’une panne générale des pompes. Le personnel nous a informé que ce ne sera pas réparé car ils prévoient une nouvelle piscine l’année prochaine donc à prendre en compte si vous venez pour le côté Spa. -Beaucoup de vis rouillées et de carreaux de mosaïques manquant dans la piscine. -Traces de moisissures sur les joints des douches du Hamam -Les vitres de la salle à manger n’ont pas été lavées au vue des traces sur celles-ci. Dommage ça gâche le charme du lieu. -Dans notre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et l’eau était à peine chaude dans la douche. On nous a directement proposé une autre chambre (surclassés). Le personnel était au top. Merci à eux.

Très bon séjour

Hôtel avec un très joli hall, un accueil parfait. La chambre est très belle avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et le mont blanc. Propre et literie très confortable. Les extérieurs sont également reposants et confortables.le petits déjeuner est bon avec quelques produits locaux. Petit bémol: les finitions de l'espace piscine spa ( porte et fermeture cassées) et certains éléments de la piscine n'étaient pas en fonction : jet, siège et pédiluve. Mais dans l'ensemble excellent séjour.
