Breakfast area super clean and food cooked perfectly. Chef was monitoring breakfast area and really nice. Location was perfect for me as I had business on the base. Shops super close. At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation. "
