"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! "hôtel immense, proche de l'axe routier, décor artificiel, impersonnel, ambiance particulière vu la population (tout le monde sait), personnel n’est pas désagréable mais on ne ressent aucune chaleur humaine, et même le soir, et le matin, l’accueil était assuré par des agents de sécurité : tout est dit ! Cela convient pour une nuit sans attente, mais clairement pas pour se sentir “comme chez soi”."

A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "
