Overall there was a lot of space. Things in the apartment seemed solid and functional, not the sort of play furniture you sometimes find. The bed in bedroom 1 was indeed king size. The bottom bed in the bunk beds was larger than twin, maybe queen size. The couch was comfortable to sit on, probably good as a bed...
