The hotel was terrible so run down. The pool was closed light fittings falling off the wall fridge not working couldn’t find the key hole as there was no hall way lighting. The breakfast was the worse we have come across. Had to pay for a coffee as it wasn’t included Good bits. The staff were really helpful I did feel sorry for them as they did try. And beach was close by.

First Visit to Didim.

The Hotel was in a good location, 5 minutes walk to beach, restaurants and bars, staff were great, Turkish breakfast was good plenty to choose from, our room was nice and clean. Hotel overall could do with a facelift, paint job, our door handle to balcony fell off not secured and no handle on the outside of balcony door, window screen in main section of our room damaged badly, could not open window for cool breeze save the AC, but had to keep window closed. Just things that deteriorates over the years that now need to be fixed.

Çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. Otel konum olarak sahile ve bir cok mekana yakındı. Ancak temizlik konusunda ve dusta eksiksikler vardı. Bazı günler sıcak suyumu yoktu ve duş başlığı çok kötüydü. Havlular fazla eskidiği için pis görünüyordu kullanmayı tercih etmedik.Yemeklerde kahvalti yeterliydi ama aksam yemeği fiyatina göre yetersiz kalıyordu. Bir fiyat performans konaklamasiydi ama basit değişikliklerle daha iyi olabilirdi.

Burada kalacağınıza sahilde sabahlayın

Odası ufacık, yatak örtüleri uygun boyutta ve temizlikte değil, havlular defalarca kullanılmaktan yıpranmış, klima motoru kir içinde, odadaki aparatı toz içinde, mini bar ücretli yazıyor içi boş ve çalışmıyor, asansörü var ama sığılmıyor, kişisel temizlik eşyaları değiştirilmemiş önceki misafir ne kadar kullandıysa kalanı bırakılmış yanına bir tane daha eklenmiş, perdeleri yarı şeffaf ve karşı taraf içeriyi görebilecek neredeyse, duşakabinli banyo görünüyordu ama fotoda da belirttik öyle bişey yok 3 gece olacak şekilde kiralamıştık fotolara bakarak ama odaya cıkıp geri indik ve anahtarı bırakıp gittik.
Görüp görebileceğiniz tüm yaşam alanı bu kadar, sağ tarafınızda da banyo tuvalete açılan kapı

Daha önce de aynı otelde konaklama yaptım. Aile işletmesi olan otel konumu ve fiyatı ile mükemmel bir tercih. İlçenin en aktif bölgesi olan altınkum'un bitişinde bir otel yürüme mesafesi kolaylığıyla bir çok yere rahatlıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Otelin bütün personeli güler yüzlü ve samimi yaklaşımlarıyla keyifle tatilinizi yaparken enerjinizin düşmemesi için tebessümlerini yüzlerinden asla eksik etmeyeceklerine emin olabilirsiniz.Giriş çıkış saatlerinde sorun da hiç yaşamadım.Yattığım yatak gerçekten çok rahattı odanın içindeki banyo da çok kullanışlıydı. Balkonda oturup keyifle de zaman geçirebilirsiniz.

Hiçbir standart aramayan insanlar tercih edebilir

Normalde aldığım hizmet vs hakkında pek yorum yapan biri değilim. Ama yazın sıcağında arızalı kliması olan bir odayı müşteriye verebilen işletme bundan çekinmiyorsa diğer insanların da bilmeye hakkı var. Bütün gece arızalı klimadan düşen şıp şıp şıp su damlamasından sabahı sabah ettik, kahvaltıyı dahi almadan kaçarak uzaklaştık. Temizlik desen zaten içine sinip de bişi yenilebilecek gibi değildi. Tuvalet yalandan temizlenmiş, çarşaflar yakan cinsten kalitesiz. Tamam düşük segment bir yer olduğu belli idi zaten ama tek beklentim temizlik ve klima idi, o da sorunlu olunca asla tavsiye etmem. Ben taşta bile yatarım sorun değil diyenler elbette kalabilir. Araba parkı çilesinden bahsetmiyorum bile. Daha düşük fiyata adrasan’da çok daha iyi yerlerde kaldık. Tercih sizin…

Würde ich niemals empfehlen wir haben dort 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr zu klein. Erstmal waren wir geschockt über den Zustand des Zimmers und der Möbel die seid mindestens 30 Jahren dort wohnen. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Für den Preis war der Zustand nicht ausreichend. Es gibt einen pool aber keine wasser drinn😡. Was gut ist, man braucht nur 100 meter bis zur Strand.

Otel Altınkum merkezde konumu çok iyi, plaja 50 -60 m. Otopark yok otelin bulunduğu sokakta yer bulursanız şanslısınız yoksa diğer sokaklarda park yeri bakın. Oda,banyo, tuvalet temizliği vasat. Klima eski 1 saatte soğutuyor. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği az. Yemek fiyatları uygun pahalı değil. Baba oğul işletiyor cana yakın insanlar. Kısa süreli kalınabilir
