Stayed at this hotel for about 12 days. It’s a simple hotel, don’t expect luxury but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting sick and they helped with me with everything I needed. My only complaint was the lack of a window in my room. Wifi worked great throughout and I was able to make video calls to family and friends. The location was perfect.

Extremely helpful staff with tourism knowledge. Excellent location. Delicious food in the restaurant. Washing facility offered takes 3 days, so it should be noted in facility description. Safe area to walk around, even for women & kids at night. Security at the front door.

Other than front desk everything is terrible. The room smells like super smoking room. I asked repeatedly that my preference is a non smoking room but he replied according to my booking they have only two rooms both smoking room. The breakfast was poor too the server didnt even welcome with a smile. Overall my rating for this hotel compare with price is 1.5 star.

Mycket trevligt Hotel när gamla Dhaka. Hotellet verkar relativt nytt. Rummet var bra med tanke på priset. Frukost och Wi-fi helt ok. Närområdet är lite rörigt, som hela Dhaka. Bra säkerhet och mycket trevlig personal.

The best thing in this hotel was the shower. Next, some frontdesk staff, such as Mr. Shariful Islam was excellent. He really listens to guests and pays attention; and does his best. This hotel needs serious management to improve: The safety box never worked even though 4 attempts were given by the maintenance people to fix it. Before booking, the hotel's website said free local calls from the room, but upon checking in, the front desk advised 'no free local calls'. The hotel promised to give a King bed, but gave a queen bed. The room had mosquitos and upon informing the frontdesk, they sent an aerosol container to spray. You spray, it is good for a day or two. Then again you find mosquitos in the room.

Strong wifi, hot water, large breakfast, fridge/kettle in the room, and daily room cleaning. The front desk staff speaks English and there is a guard on post at the entrance. Overall, I liked staying here, but I was put off at check-out when several staff members line up by the exit and ask me for a tip; there were 4 of them. Guest pay for the hotel, they do not have to tip. Asking for a tip is really unprofessional and inappropiate.

My original hotel refused me even coming for a late check-in although Expedia charged my CC last December! I hastly reserved this Hotel at the airport just before riding the pre-arranged taxi. I arrived at this Hotel passsed 3 am, but allowed me to have a room. I was so relieved. Then the next 3 day, the Hotel front was my clinique for eTheorapy Healings for people.

黙ってグルシャン地区に泊まりましょう

フロントのコント赤信号 小宮さん似のおじさん以外最悪。 106 と 108を間違えて108のドアで鍵使ったら開いた。ビックリ。 シャワーは水のみ シャンプー 石けん 歯ブラシ 歯磨き付いている ホテルの部屋 裸足で歩けない汚い 晩飯場所を探しに彷徨う。 周辺環境ひどい。えげつない。 水を買うのにも一苦労 部屋が異様に湿気ているので浴室の換気扇を回しっぱなしにしたいのだが何故浴室ライトと換気扇のスイッチが一緒なんだ？眩しい。 ベッドメークは100%できてない。 常にフロントでお願いが必要 Wifi繋がらない。日に10分繋がったらラッキー 屋根裏にネズミが住んでいる 足拭きマットが髪の毛だらけ気持ち悪い シーツは変えない とりあえずホテル内が騒がしい 近くに飯食べるところが無い 近くに水が買えるところが無い TVリモコン使えない。その上TV自体のスイッチも壊れていて操作が非常に難しい
