"The staff were friendly and helpful, but the amenities were poor the bath and shower room had broken taps and were not maintained and they were also filthy. Don't expect much from breakfast just one piece of roti and one egg, but decent bedroom with property located next to prime area within easy reach of main shopping place."

"The bedding in the hotel is in serious sorry state. The bedding is worn out and torn with holes; the towel are extremely old. The first room I was lodged had stains on the walls before it was changed.
The staff are loving, committed to work, though working in a terrible environment."
