"We booked this incredible home for our family reunion, and it exceeded every single expectation. The layout was absolutely perfect for a multi-generational group—there was plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably, but also enough privacy when people needed some quiet time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big family meals, all the labels made it so easy to find what we needed and the communal spaces were spacious and welcoming. The view was breathtaking &location for our s beautiful and convenient, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the area. This house was the backdrop for a truly amazing family reunion. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and designed perfectly for large groups. We spent our mornings drinking coffee with a stunning view and our evenings gathering in the spacious living areas!All of the beds were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend this house!"

"We will 1,000% stay here again. The location and views are stellar! The windows and angles of the house provide continuous views of the ocean and the door placement allows for a great cross breeze. Lovely path to walk by the ocean, less than 5 minutes from Cape Perpetua and downtown Yachats. Overall fantastic. My only requests are 1) that they replace the chairs at the dining table with ones with taller fuller backs on them for accessibility reasons and 2) that they put something under the living room rug to keep it in place as the rug slid out under our feet a few times and someone could fall and get hurt. Other than those two small things, this place is stellar!"

"The house was awesome with some areas needing improvement: - Several utensils (spatulas) in the drawer were dirty. - Window cranks broken or missing.- TV upstairs was confusing to operate. - Most all the beds were very comfortable.- The host was very responsive. Can't beat the location and the house was awesome even with some of these very minor issues."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned this year for the reasons in our review of June 2025: great location for exploring the local area, comfortable, clean and well appointed house, fenced yard for our dog, which is also blooming with spring and early summer flowers so enjoyable for guests as well. We look forward to another return."
