The WiFi didn’t work for our whole stay. There was no running hot water available in the shower during the day. It was only after taking a shower later in the day and having cold running water did I find out of the limited availability. We were not informed that running hot water for shower is available only from 6-10am. A hotel of this standard should do better! Also, there is no AC/heating as mentioned in Expedia description - the hotel lobby/restaurant and rooms were very cold during our visit. The restaurant only had limited ala crate items available even though the menu was extensive. Buffet breakfast was decent. Room location and view was good.

Even snel een douche nemen zit er niet in. Het duurt 20 (TWINTIG) minuten voordat de douche warm water geeft WiFi is erg slecht in kamer 310 en valt regelmatig weg Daarentegen is het uitzicht grandioos en het personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk
