"We asked for rooms that would accommodate 5 people. We got 2 rooms with each having 1 full sized bed. We asked for a cot - "we don't have those" We asked for extra blankets - "there aren't any" We asked for extra pillows - "there aren't any" I unpacked my bag and slept on a pile of clothes on the floor with my wife and 8 year old in the bed in my room. My two adult sisters shared a full sized bed. These rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Room 511 smelled like an ashtray. All this for $480. Will never go back. Will tell everyone about the horrible staff and accommodations. And - it will be a long time before I ever book with Expedia again."

"The hotel lobby is very nice. The rooms are just okay. You can tell the furniture is a bit old. Other than that the room was fine. The location is great as it is within walking distance of downtown. I would stay here again if the price was right. The restaurant choices in the hotel are not good. Better to get real food from somewhere else. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Room was clean, scary step into the deep tub/shower, loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom, quiet, but a/c was very loud. Very sparse with towels, odd plugs in rooms. Overall great stay, a little pricey, but we enjoyed the stay"

"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."
