"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money."

"The 4 of us, two couples from Canada and the USA visited the Green Oasis and Spa for 2 nights in Mid April. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel as the staff was very friendly and went out of there way to look after us. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were very nice. Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul

"The room was a bit small, air conditioning worked very well, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful, especially Ekrem, who was excellent. Breakfast was your typical Turkish breakfast, where you’re given a menu and choose what you’d like. The views from the breakfast area were, once again, incredible. The bathroom was a little on the squashy side, and I noticed that the cover over the ventilation fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. That definitely could have used some attention. There was also a young, rather solidly built lady who appeared to be a team leader. She could certainly have done with a smile now and then instead of looking so serious all the time! 😄 Despite us tipping the cleaning lady and the breakfast staff every day—including her—there was never much improvement, or even a smile, from her. Other than that, the staff were friendly enough. Murat, who also seemed to be a team leader (like the “solid” lady 😄), was very professional and took good care of us. Overall, there were some small things that could have been improved, but the friendly and professional staff, particularly Ekrem and Murat, made a positive difference."

"It was clean , all important sight seeing places are on walking distance. Break fast was better I will advised them to add more fruits. Day and night staff were very respectful and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends."

"I was not happy with coordination with hotel regarding checking and hotel transfer from airport. We arrived with two separate flights and although they asked all the information they did not provide a ride to hotel and also they didn’t let the first group to check in before I arrived. They kept them in the lobby for several hours. The location of the hotel was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The shower drainage was not very good. The quality of breakfast and service was not good at all, but the area had a very nice view."

"We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Moda! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his phone in the taxi, the staff acted very quickly, contacted the driver, and helped us get the phone back. We really appreciated their kindness and quick response! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the area felt very safe. The metro was only about a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop around 10 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. Our only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet option. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Si nous pouvions, nous donnerions 10 étoiles à cet hôtel. Malgré le confort, la plupart des hôtels laissent souvent quelque chose à redire, mais pas celui-ci. Que ce soit le confort des chambres, la beauté du design, l’emplacement calme mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, la politesse et l’efficacité des employé(e)s… tout est excellent. Un merci particulier à messieurs Anday, Ümit et Özgür, qui ont fait preuve d’un excellent service pendant le séjour. Également à messieurs Adem et Barış, qui nous ont facilité le jour du départ avec nos bagages. Merci à tout le personnel. Merci Wyndham, et sans aucun doute à bientôt, pour une quatrième venue."

"I traveled from USA and stayed for 3 nights, the hotel location was in walking distance of plenty stores/restaurants. The staff were very helpful and room service was excellent. My room was clean but the only thing I would say is that the couch needed some cleaning. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there and will visit again. Thank you"
