"Highly recommend this Moorea resort. It has amazing snorkeling in a coral garden at the beach next to the hotel, kayaks and paddle boards, a huge pool, a tasty buffet breakfast, and excellent service at the concierge and reception desk. "Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. "Our stay at Hotel Kaveka was absolutely amazing. The beachfront bungalow-style villa was just steps from the water and only a short walk to the hotel restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
