"Clean room, looks exactly as on pictures. Friendly staff. Recommend this hotel."

"Great food, staff, location."

"It was a wonderful hotel. It is a 5 star place and our stay was awesome."

"Nice, clean hotel, but some things to improve. Paintings throughout the hotel are creepy: cut off women's head with snakes in hair, half naked woman with a man's head under her skirt, painting of boat at the edge of waterfall about to fall off etc, about 30 paintings like that throughout the hotel. Our kids were disturbed by the half naked women paintings and scary paintings, we told them to not pay attention. "Staff was great especially at the breakfast. Cleanness was medium. Overall very good"

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. "Beautiful hotel, great food and atmosphere! Worth visiting!"

"Great location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Nice and quiet, and it’s pet friendly which was a big plus!"

"Good hotel"

"Great hotel. Our room was very spacious but quite outdated. The staff were exceptional. Location was great. They have a fantastic spa at the lower level where I was able to get a last minute booking for a wonderful massage. And the breakfast included was fantastic. Overall very good stay."

"Excellent location, great staff, good breakfast but very small rooms. Hard to get to bed, no space on either side of the bed."

"2nd stay at this hotel, if I am ever back in Pisz, I will absolutely book here again"
