"Large panoramic room on the 12th floor with great views of Cardiff in 2 directions. Our friends booked a suite for only £30 more and it was about double the size, on the 15th floor, that’s what we’re booking next time! Clean room and complementary water and chocolate on arrival, plus a useful fridge, without all the unnecessary mini-bar contents. Disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance."

"The room was excellent very spacious and comfortable , the hotel surroundings was beautiful. Only disappointment was the lack of staff behind the bar at a large part only 3 staff to serve waited 30 mins to buy a drink and staff were rude and unorganised for that I would give the bar 1 star from 5 "

"Beautiful spacious room with modern & tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotless! We had a very pleasant evening meal in the restaurant, where the service was excellent. The receptionists were very heloful and friendly. We were so impressed that we have booked another stay! "

"Couldn't fault the Hotel at all. The reception staff were great, the room so comfortable, we had a lovely tea in Nelson's Restaurant, and finished the evening with a very relaxing time im the Spa, before enjoying a delicious Breakfast the following morning. "
