"We really loved everything about this hotel and had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the location is unbeatable—it is right next to the entrance of the Petra ticket office, which was incredibly convenient.
On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks, and Mahmoud at reception was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. The decor of both the hotel and our room was lovely, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
We also really appreciated the complimentary mini-fridge, which was fully stocked with drinks—perfectly needed after a long day of trekking around Petra and climbing the cliffs!
The standard of hygiene and cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained.
One useful tip: when getting a taxi, I would recommend going directly to the taxi rank outside the hotel rather than asking the hotel to arrange one. We found that the hotel-arranged taxi was around double the price.
