Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "Staff at reception great and super helpful. I was in a room that hadn’t been renovated for quite a while but everything was clean. Old school power sockets and not enough of them and no black out blinds or curtains. Super friendly and clean but simple and my room in need of renovation. I’d still stay there again as it’s such a great location and cost effective as well as a lovely lady on reception who couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you! "

"I paid more than my colleague for my two night stay. He had full pool and gym access whereas I did not have any access to either. They asked me for another 50 euro if I wanted a swim. Reception staff were rude and dismissive."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!"

"The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :("
