"We enjoyed our stay at Royal Signature Hotel, great location & amenities. The staff was very helpful, Mia was great we loved chatting with her and she provided great suggestions for food & things to do around Hanoi."

"Extremely easy to reach to the beach and also close enough to the city since it is a newly established Hotel everything’s I’m prestige condition. This coffee is so friendly. Food is so nice rooftop pool view is breathtaking Overall it is a really good experience. I recommend anyone who is looking for five star experience for budget price."

"Excellent service. Such nice staff"

"深夜に着きましたが、疲れも吹っ飛ぶくらい最高。部屋も綺麗、対応も良し。旅行の際は毎回こちらに泊まります！！"

"Staff here are absolutely amazing. Very good English, always friendly with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and had what we needed. Jasmine was fantastic and always happy. Beds were a little firm for me, but clean and decent sizes. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room in our family suite. Is in the heart of the city so easy to get around and close to night Markets etc."

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The breakfast varieties only for east Asia"

"To get on the elevator you have to go up from the ground 2 flights of stairs, and if you are on the 7th floor you have to also walk up another flight. But the staff is really good about carrying your bags. The seventh floor is constructed differently,. And in fact we could see outside through a crack wall. The walls are windows and it is very hot in Hanoi. I would recommend not getting a room on the seventh floor. The room has a list of items in the room and a cost of you break it ."

"The property was very clean. Hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. It had everything you could want. The spa massage was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. This is a top notch hotel."

"I’ve stayed as few time at the Rex - which should be an indication in and of itself. Excellently located for my needs - including easy access to the metro to get some of my partners. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is showing signs of its age - but even with that it is a very nice stay."
