"Well what can we say! From the moment we arrived till when we left it was VIP treatment all the way through! One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Exceptional service and such good value for money. We struggled with the noise from street first couple of nights but hotel offered us a different room which was much quieter. Food and drinks were good value and breakfast had a lot of options. Service from Mary, Lisa, Shang Kao, Tayler, Xing and the rest of the team was exceptional. We will...

"Hotel is very new, rooms are stunning and the staff kindness and always ready to help are the stars of the property. Always ready to help, provide advice on tours and anything you may need in Hanoi. Perfect location on a quieter street in the Old Quarter and in walking distance to the French Quarter and other districts. Amazing food and roof top bar ! Spa services great too. Thomas, Rose, thank you for making our 10 days a magical and a perfect trip! ❤️"

"The hotel is really well located to explore Da Nang. The staff are very helpful and kind, the hotel itself is clean and the restaurant breakfast is very varied and tasty. A great selection of food and drinks available. Our room deal included a massage every day, and the spa staff were brilliant, just what was needed after a day exploring. Would certainly recommend this hotel as it’s good value for money."

"The property is quite new so it’s clean and so far well maintained. The staff out the front assisting with luggage, beach towels and cars were the best of the bunch. Proactive and always ready to assist. Breakfast was decent with definite room for improvement. Location is great - right across the road from the beach and walking distance to many food outlets and spas. Other places of interest are a short grab ride away and doesn’t cost very much. The infinity pool is a highlight. Clean, well...
