Hotel with a Concierge in Veneto from AED 530

"Staff were great. The hotel is in a great location. The entrance is not what you expect but when you enter the lobby upstairs everything was great. "

"The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned. There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms. To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day. We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve. As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience. "
