"Exceptional stay in every way. We will be back"

"A group of us booked eight rooms at this hotel as our base for a four day trip to Valencia. The rooms were booked as double rooms for single occupancy - all of them turned out to be double rooms with twin beds. No fridge in the bedrooms and UHT milk provided - both of which were a disappointment. The safe requires a strange key which has to be asked for at reception - again a disappointment as this was not advised upon checking in - it just seemed like the safe door had a hole in it and wasn't...

"Great hotel which is very centrally located."

"The hotel is very well located in the centre of town where you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and sights close by. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. There is a taxi line right close by, except they were not available on a rainy day :(. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms large, clean and very cool decorated."

"The property is new and very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but manageable. There was no place to put clothes other than pre-set hangers (6, I believe) attached to the walls. No drawers etc. No luggage holder. If staying a short time, no big deal but I was there for just under 2 weeks. So the luggage was open on the floor the entire time. "This hotel was in a good location for us-- close to the train stations-- it was a decent value and had a good breakfast which was a bit expensive. It is a big hotel and often only had 1 of 2 elevators running which was problematic - staff did seem to try hard"

"VERY VERY GOOD"

"Really great location and staff were really helpful"

"Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was"

"Nice hotel, needs to update windows in patio doors, air con needs a service very loud. Bathroom was lovely with great shower. Bed was comfortable."

"Clean property, great location."
