"Excelente opción para visitar Asís en un área muy tranquila y segura cerca de cafeterías, restaurantes y áreas principales a visitar en la ciudad."

"Very clean, well organized hotel. Very good breakfast. The only weaker point was that some of the staff were not very useful when it came to recommending things to do in the area."

"Gorgeous villa, only 6 rooms, very intimate. Originally built 1200yrs ago as a respite Inn, completely renovated, incredible view of Orvieto and surrounding Valley. Staff treat you like family, especially Erica! Beautiful buffet breakfast and delicious dinners. Rooms are separated well so you feel like the villa is all yours. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay or for day trips in the area. Beautiful pool and grounds to unwind in. You honestly don't want to miss this experience."

"Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too."

"Habitación limpia, aire acondicionado no funcional, al llegar suben las maletas pero al salir nadie te asiste, el desayuno horrible y pésimo servicio, la fruta sabía a cebolla ya que usan los mismos utensilios. Pésima atención de los camareros"

"Great hotel with privileged location. The facilities nice and confortable. The staff is courteous and kind. Always eager to help. Super close to all attractions and places of interest around Assisi. My only concern was the parking location. The closest one, which is very close walking distance (couple of blocks), is at 19 min drive around town because the transit restrictions. I’ll definitely stay in this hotel next time in town."

"Amazing location. Great staff! Simone was very nice and helpful! Giuseppe made sure we had everything we needed at dinner and breakfast! Thank you for the hospitality! Anamaria"

"It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns."

"Wir hatten ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht. Das Bad war verschimmelt, die Steckdosen kaputt und meiner Meinung nach nicht sicher für Kinder! Wir werden hier nicht mehr wieder kommen. Waren sehr enttäuscht!"

"Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay."

"Very good location. Nice staff . Very small room with the only window to a public pathway."

"It's always nice to come back to this hotel. I found new staff working there and all of them are lovely ,polite and very helpful like others. Many thanks..."

"In a medieval old town so we did not expect parking. Valet parking was 25 Euros per day. The town was interesting and historical. One night would be long gone enough"
