"La struttura di per sé è ben composta ed ampia ma manca completamente di servizi e gestione. L'appartamento ci è stato dato molto sporco e sprovvisto di qualsiasi cosa quindi al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto cercare un supermercato e comperare tutto, compresa la carta igienica e il detersivo per i piatti. "Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura per una notte. Il soggiorno alla fine è stato buono. La camera e il bagno erano grandi e comodi. Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

"Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10"

"Great location! The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is a challenge, but that’s what you get at the center of an ancient city! Would definitely recommend this hotel to be in the center of the cute town of Orvieto."

"Very good hotel , extremely clean, rooms very comfortable including spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Personal choice - bed a bit firm but still slept ok, perhaps a mattress topper could be offered. Aircon was really good. Breakfast was the usual thing but orange juice was good and loved the fresh fruit and pastries. Husband loved the eggs. Perfect location to use the escalators to the old town which is beautiful. But it was peaceful at night with great windows that keep out the road noise. I must say we have never found such a peaceful hotel, staying 8 nights in the Jazz festival so a busy time but felt like we were the only guests, very quiet rooms. Only had one evening meal in the hotel as so many close restaurants but must say the hotel restaurant was extremely good and reasonably priced menu. Staff were all friendly and room cleaning was great they tried to go in when you went to breakfast. Thanks to all."

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the desk showed us a map and pointed out how to get to all of the sites we wanted to see, including where to get the bus back to the train station. The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
