"All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy welcoming check in. A huge fresh selection at breakfast every morning from fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, fish, cooked foods, bread, pastries, gluten free options, various coffees, teas, smoothies, juices and more. Room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from our 9th floor room. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel and is easy to book. Is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. We ate at the hotel most nights...

"Walkable and centrally located, rooms are small though so be prepared if travelling as a couple. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around though."

"I would have given this place 5 stars and recommended it to other travellers without hesitation, based on my experience over the past few days. However, on October 4, 2026, I ordered an omelette from the chef on duty, and unfortunately it turned out to be noticeably too salty. This was disappointing, especially since I had not encountered any problems with the food or service during the previous few days. "The staff who checked us Ritu was very helpful & guided us very comprehensively how to explore the city via Tram."

"Hervorragendes Frühstück, gemütliche Atmosphäre mit toller Lage des Hotels"

"I have stayed at the Moxy for two different trips flying into Tromso. Extremely convenient location to the airport. Wonderful breakfast and nightly drinks. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are perfect for a quick night or two. We will definitely come back!"

"The location is excellent, probably the best part of the stay. It is very convenient for sightseeing, tours, restaurants, every around Tromsø. I booked a Superior King room for the ocean view, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There was a fly in the room, bird droppings outside the window, and a large ship was parked directly in front of the hotel, blocking much of the sea view. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I was told the hotel was fully booked and to ask...

"Staff is really friendly and helpful, there if you need anything. They are really responsive when you have questions. Cabins are comfortable. They bring you breakfast in the morning which is nice too. Would recommend!"

"Love breakfast but currently the hotel is under construction."

"This is a lovely facility and a wonderful pastoral location. The rooms have good beds and are very clean and the staff is very warm and friendly. The food however does not meet their description.s It is very costly pretends to be gourmet food with little taste. It’s good that the location is wonderful and that the people are friendly. It makes the accommodation get a passing grade."

"立地がよく快適に過ごせました！ ケトルはなかったですが、朝食も美味しかったです。"
