"The property and staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the 24/7 indoor hot tub and pool area. The location was perfect."

"I will come again"

"Great location for our trip to Dollywood!"

"Loved the river and the river walk way that was close by. The breakfast was good. The rooms were smaller and could use a deep clean in some areas. Like the sink in the room"

"Beautiful view, delicious breakfast, really nice hotel"

"Exceptional place. I have stayed in some great places, for example The Gaylord in Nashville. This place was by far much better. Enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend the breakfast buffet."

"Loved the location and atmosphere. The floors in the room were not extremely clean but beds and bathroom were clean. Mattresses were a little hard. Staff was amazing!! Definitely would stay again."

"Rooms were clean but need attention. Tv didn’t allow streaming. Beautiful view of the stream from the balcony and saw a bear walking the stream. We had a room right next to the Mystery Mansion (Halloween weekend, not sure it is always this way) but heard loud sounds and chain saw til late. The staff was amazing and changed our room. No bar/restaurant. Free continental breakfast was 6/10 IMO."

"Close to everything, clean room, GREAT staff-so helpful!! Very good free breakfast, nightly entertainment. Enjoyed our stay!!"

"The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

"Mold was my main problems, drawer not working in the dresser, cleanliness in the bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. Light bulb out near the bed, no towels in the bathroom when we got there and could not get them until the room was serviced the next day. I have photos of the room amd the mold in the vent near the elevator."
