"Rooms were not clean. Fixtures broken thermostat not functioning no hangers,not enough towels Too much of masking perfumes odor. Hotel does not qualify for Raddison Flag Staff were kind& hospitable"

Some things that need improvements are bath towels (not enough and appeared to be really worn out)and room service (several items on their menu were not available)."
