"Helpful quick reception staff. Good parking. Good location to walk into Town. I’ve stayed at a couple of Harbour hotels and enjoyed them, little disappointed that the rooms here are older and need modernising to match their other hotels. Served what I needed with its location well though. "

"Staff friendly and nice at check in, though room not cleaned properly, seems previous occupants liked to empty their milk and sugar on to the chair pulled up to the desk! Housekeeping failed to miss this when cleaning the room. Stayed in a cosy double which had a full length mirror, I’ve stayed in many of the rooms at Oatlands and even some of the more expensive rooms don’t have full length mirrors which I find odd. Curtains hanging off the rail - this is so easy to sort I fail to see why these things aren’t sorted promptly and plug in the bathroom sink was broken. I stay for the convenience for work and most of the time it just hits the mark - this time was just a below standard really. "
