Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. "Buyer beware! We had a disasterous experience with this property. Had a 5 night booking (made 2 months in advance) but night of arrival got to property only to find someone else occupying it. Neither we nor Expedia could reach the proprietor despite leaving several voicemails and emails. Neighbors said this happens a lot with this property and they help a lot of stranded travelers. Don't understand how a place like this can be allowed to stay on Expedia and other hotel sites. Seems like they...
