"Hermoso lugar , la atencion muy buena . Lo unico que no esta al nivel.del Hotel , es la comida del todo incluido.Estuvimos 5 dias y solo pudimos reservar en el restaurante Italiano ,espectacular . Los otros estuvieron llenos , eso es frustrante, porque era temporada baja y ni asi pudimos reservar ."

"This resort was a 100/10 ! Staff was amazing and accommodating. They literally clean your room MULTIPLE times a day and even put nighttime decor and chocolates in your pillow . The SpongeBob wake up call is Soo cute ! The water park was so much fun and the slime activity is worth the $80 USD! The food at ALL the restaurants were 10/10 ! The in room filled fridge and snacks were a plus ! 24/7 room service and each room has a pool connected and 2 full bathrooms."

"Beware of the mosquitos!!!! Room could’ve been cleaner and better maintained. Overall experience was good. BUT also beware of the staff trying to get youngish go to a timeshare presentation!!! We were told right as we checked in that someone would meet with us to talk about their membership opportunities. Turned out that it was a timeshare presentation and they wasted 2 hours from our very short trip."

"4th time staying here and everything"

"Great experience for our first stay here. I can see why it has such loyal following."

"good food, nice beach and clean property. they accomodated my request for pool view room which was nice."

"We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great drinks and food! Lots of animals, but they keep to themselves."

"Ame el hotel, limpio, el personal siempre buena onda, comida a la hora que se nos antojara, la alberca gigante, calientita. 100% recomendado"

"All restaurants we tried (Azul, Cocina de Autor, Piaf, Chaká, Lucca) were excellent, better than anything else we have tried in Cancun, and certainly at the top compared to all the other resorts and restaurants we have eaten in around the world. If you are looking for an uncrowded resort with excellent food and don't mind paying for it, then consider the Gran Velas. There is a lack of sports activities for adults, but I think this is fine as long as you come with this understanding."

"The best thing is the staff Always helpful and nice . The room wasn't well mantain. Safety box and the room door gave problems to open all the time. Floor ceramic tiles broken in many places in the property. Making it dangerous."

"Checked all the boxes. Loved the attention to removing seaweed. Service was great!"
