"Hotel is fairly clean. The room is a quite small. The wear and tear in the room is showing. This hotel do not let you checkin until 6PM. Also watch out for extra fees that this hotel will add for checkout after 9AM, which is extremely early compared to other hotels. Consider the price and lthe hotel limited hours of usage when booking this hotel. "

"Lovely large quiet clean room with modern facilities , particularly like the ability to open balcony door to allow fresh air to circulate. Reception and dining staff always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has access to the adjacent mall via levels 1-3 as well as a short cut to the City Hall MRT ( by route outside the lobby) . Not keen on the shower gel or soaps they use so I always bring my own .Haven't worked out how to turn off auto night floorlight yet ! Great location and dining options. "
