"Lovely hotel with a lot of little touches that makes it special. There is a good variety of food in the club lounge, however I would recommend if you didn’t have to have breakfast early due to the volume of people, I would use the main restaurant. I would have given it five stars but when we arrived to check in, I gave our passports etc to the main reception on level 25 who said our room wasn’t ready, this being 3.30pm. They kindly took us to the club lounge so that we could have afternoon...

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to IFS. I liked that it was one block away and the staff were very lovely. It is a lot less chaotic staying one block away (extra 4 min walk) than right in the centre. The staff were also very pleasant and a lot of nice restaurants to try."

"I had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Chengdu! The room was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job preparing the bed and keeping everything neat and tidy every day. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The only minor issue was that the bidet in one of the toilets was not functioning properly, as the water spray was not working correctly. Hopefully, the hotel can have this fixed.
