Hotel with a Concierge in Santo Domingo from AED 297

"The staff were amazing and the room was spotless. My only complaint was crappy pillows and no soap or facecloths were provided. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby."

"NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was immediately robbed by one of the locals, and forced to withdraw money from an ATM. Once I finally got back to the hotel after withdrawing enough money to keep the thieves satisfied, the power kept going off. The area was also extremely insecure: gang of locals stood staring outside my window on second floor and filming us, AND WINDOW WOULDN'T CLOSE OR LOCK so had to BARRICADE the window with sofa). One particular guy stood looking intently at our second floor window (which wouldn't lock mind you) from 11pm to 6am. I didn't sleep a wink, and feared for my life. There are also locals posing as hotel workers at the parking lot, one of whom chased us as we were departing and tried to block our exit (wearing a security hat). Never go here under any circumstances."

"Fashion themselves as an "Airport Hotel" but no airport shuttle! Paid $15 for a short taxi ride to hotel. Front desk staff terse and unhelpful. I had two stays and they charged me about $10 more each time than the "Total Price" shown on Hotels.com. They use some 'conversion' scam to charge more. Good buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. Noisy freeway in front. Secure parking."

"The ocean view is great as you are right in the beach. My room was dirty and seemed like it was going to collapse. The staff were a bit condescending but they answered all my questions. The bed was itchy and dusty. "

"The ocean was visible from our deck. The furniture was a bit worn but the bed had a nice mattress topper so we slept well. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!"

"You can see the ocean yes, but the room is not whats seen in the pictures.. they are outdated.. the front desk agent said he was upgrading us to a king suite instead of the room with the double bed.. we got in the room and the king bed was the only thing nice about the room.. no sheets on the pull out bed..and no free shuttle to airport ask marketing discribes you have to get an uber or taxi.. it not worth it"
