"Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. "the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

"The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldnā€™t recommend the place if you traveling with pets."

Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. "Another interesting case of bad management in hospitality. This hotel has so much potential. It is super well located, the place is a beauty and everybody would love to stay in a castle. Also it's clean, although the lighting is so dark that you can't see it.. but somehow they destroy it all with their rudeness. After several reviews pointing to that, there seems to be no improvement. The attendants of the hotel perfected the art of being dry and rude to the limit. They make you totally uninvited and uncomfortable. Also In the restaurant I stood up for minutes in one entrance then I walked to the other entrance and nothing. Nobody came to me or told me to sit. They just gave me the back and when they looked, they moved to the other direction. One of them saw me and went to the computer and stayed there.. I simply didn't exist as a potential customer, so I walked away to a place where they value customers. Take my advice and never come to this hotel/restaurant. You deserve better"
