"We loved our stay there. The moment we walked onto the property, everyone was so nice. Even though only the adult section was open, we had plenty to do and places to eat. The beach area is where we hung out mostly during the day, I would go back and visit! "

The staff could not have been friendlier and more generous with their time and resources to make sure I had the exact experience I wanted. I love that this is a Jamaican-owned resort, and the property was in amazing shape. It is a beautiful location. I got a wonderful massage at the spa, which was a lovely and extensive space. The weekends are more activity-heavy (live music or karaoke at night, jazz brunch on Sunday), and the weekdays were quiet and chill. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely go back when I return to Jamaica!"

"The place in itself is beautiful but rooms need to be more updated,bathroom was old. Staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Area quiet and peaceful,close to beach restaurants and shopping areas."

"Little Savoy in Runaway Bay, St. Ann was a major disappointment. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. The hot water was unreliable, the toilet did not flush properly, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and worn. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with roaches in the bathroom, dirt under the sink and in the closet, and even dog feces near the patio/dining area. Check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait outside in the rain for quite some time before being let in. The only positive part of my stay was the massage service, which was very good. Runaway Bay is a beautiful area, but this property needs to close temporarily, clean thoroughly, renovate, and improve guest service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
