"THIS HOTEL IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED. We chose it because Hotels.com said it was. The manager told us that was “an error” and that he has been trying to get the booking sites to change it but has had no success.
This is a malaria area, there are no windows in the rooms but they have sliding glass doors providing a beautiful view of the pool and the lake but, at night, the only way to get cooler air is to leave those sliding doors wide open and use a fan. No screens, no mosquito nets and wide open...

"A lake shore property, near a small sandy beach. Amazing view of lake and boats. Selection of fruits and juice in breakfast is amazing. Rooms and toilets and furniture are dated and can be improved a lot. "

"Total Disaster
When we arrived after a 4 hour drive, they pretended to to be aware of our booking.
There was a wedding going on and I believe that was the reason why they kicked out all "ordinary" bookings.
The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They said this is not their problem and kicked us out, not even thinking about apologizing or even offer to help us finding alternative accommodation....
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can only advise everybody to avoid this...

"Very nice place. It is not called Sun View, but the Kivu Park Hotel. That is also one of the locations that told me they did not receive payment from hotels.com and i had to pay them separately. This review is not for publishing, but for hotels.com"
