"Staff was trying. However there is obviously no investment in this place. It is about one step from being a homeless shelter. Very minimal, even for a budget hotel. Only stay here if you plan on sleeping 6 drunk teenagers into one room.flop house at best. For an extra $10 a night you get so much more somewhere else. Seedy and scary."

"Historic hotel with many amenities. Very comfortable. Great location. I think it would be beneficial to add more casual dining and bar areas. If you just wanted to have a drink you had to put your name in for a table just like a restaurant."

"This was an amazing property in a great location. Would highly recommend for a short stay. We did not spend much time at the hotel and therefore did not use any of the amenities. We did have a diner at the 701 Bistro on the hotel property and it was a nice restaurant."
