From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely kind, courteous, and cooperative, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The morning breakfast was the highlight of our stay—excellent variety, great quality, and very well managed. A special thank you to the entire team, especially Aman, Tanish, Nitin, Tania, Ajay, Anjali, and Chef Ankit. Each one of them went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect and that we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ludhiana."

"Clean and hygienic washroom with good flow of hot water from shower head. Family suite with one and half washroom was perfect for 4 adults. Beddings were neat and clean. Perfect location, steps away from Golden Temple. Secured premises with onsite parking. Overall stay was pleasant. "
