The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...

This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more.
