"This hotel is adjacent to a runway and there is no peace to be had while staying here. The hotel is in very poor condition, and rundown. Scary place to stay!!"

"Top of the line! This hotel is brand new and directly across from the beach. 2 great pools that look out onto the beach and another pool for morning sun seekers on 3rd floor roof. Several restaurants to choose from with delicious food choices. I can’t say enough about how nice the hotel is and the central location to everything Clearwater. You won’t be disappointed. "

"We let the staff at the front desk know that the water didn’t get hot in our shower. No one attempted to check it. They asked us if we had turned it the right direction. I asked if I turned it left she said yes I told them it just keeps spinning. They had nothing else to say for me. My daughter had requested an extra blanket was promised one and never received one and when we first got into the hotel room, it smelled like mildew. The only good thing about this experience was the view away from the hotel looking out was beautiful. However, the staff did not seem to care and the place was ran down. I normally never leave a bad review, but this one definitely took the cake and especially them charging me almost $300 during spring break for that room that shouldn’t even even been 50 bucks"

"We had a walk out room with a beach view which was beautiful. Jamie who helped us with the kayaks was very nice and informative. Outdoor pools were nice, bummer the hot tub was not working. Downfall to the property, not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest and day pass visitors. "

"the room smelled and was not happy with the price we paid. i’m from Tampa and expected what the pictures showed. we was enjoying ourselves at the beach which was the best part about the trip and was told we had to move to accommodate the wedding that you had. we were paying customers and then my granddaughters had to go thru another hotel to get to your pool and then was told to had to leave the pool because the didn’t have a key on and that never happened to us before"

"the property layout is perfect.... pool was a good size, bar drinks were great, breakfast was good as well (little over priced for what you get), very close to the beach "

"We nooked based on previous stays about 5 years ago. The rate is high for a great hotel. BUT, Eveidently new management policies allow unruly teenagers to roam the halls at all hours of the afternoon and night. Noisy, screaming to friends and banging on doors. Security was more involved eith checking every car that came in the lot to ensure they were guests. Won't be back!! SAD"
